We effectively become your tenant, guaranteeing you a fixed rental income. We take control of letting the property, select the right tenants and manage the property throughout the full duration of the tenancy – leaving you to get on with your busy life.
You won’t need to deal with tenants… at all. All tenant questions, queries, complains and requests come directly to us NOT to you.
You won’t need to inspect your property or deal with maintenance issues and costs. Leave it to us.
You won’t need to cover any shortfalls in cash income between tenancies. It is our responsibility.

We understand that every property is unique, therefore it is not possible to publish a standard fee for property management and we take each property on a case by case basis.
