We are very active in searching for properties, all of which must meet our strict criteria before we consider passing them to investors. We have a long property inspection form that we go through during the viewing.

We check the property to ensure it is in the best possible condition 

If any properties require work, we will always disclose this prior to sale and in many cases will have obtained quotes for the work through our network of tradesmen.


Providing the properties meet our criteria we then carry out our due diligence on the property, including but not limited to speaking with multiple local letting agents and other investors to check on rental demand, rental income, and competition in the area. We check demand and supply of the area using various resources. If we think location is poor and the property will struggle to let, then we simply walk away. We will never pass a property if we are aware of any future issues with regards to rental demand.


We will confirm that the property is a great price, we will check comparable properties in the area to verify true market value and check what else is for sale nearby.


If we wouldn’t purchase the property for our own portfolio, then we would not pass it to an investor.

Our Process

If you like the look of a property, message us to register your interest.

If you’re happy with the property and want to proceed, we will send over the Terms and Conditions and an invoice for the finder’s fee (failure to verify your ID may result in deals being passed to those who are verified).

We’ll have a phone call to run you through the property details, ROI figures, pictures etc.

Once we’ve received the signed Terms and Conditions and the full finder’s fee payment, a disclosure document will be sent to you, detailing all the due diligence we have completed.

We then instruct the selling agents/vendor who the buyer is via email. Please be aware that under no circumstances will we share your details with someone else. The only person that will see your personal information is the agent or vendor.

Property is marked SSTC.

The purchase process goes through as a normal sale.

We then take a step backwards and let you deal directly with the agent or if direct to the vendor, a solicitor.
